We do not process cash refunds. 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 48 hours after purchase. To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We encourage our customers to inspect the product for damage upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after purchase to initiate the exchange process. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability. Some items are a final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, for example, hygiene-related items.

Returns and Exchanges Delivery Cost

Delivery costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure that it arrives safely at thebassinet.
