We do not process cash refunds.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 48 hours after purchase. To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We encourage our customers to inspect the product for damage upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after purchase to initiate the exchange process. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability. Some items are a final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, for example, hygiene-related items.
Returns and Exchanges Delivery Cost
Delivery costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure that it arrives safely at thebassinet.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We are committed to getting your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here is an overview of our shipping policy:
We strive to process orders within the same day - for orders placed before 3 PM. Delivery of products ordered after 3 PM is made the next day excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Our delivery rates are calculated based on the region and will be calculated at checkout.
We offer free delivery for orders exceeding Kes 5,000 within Nairobi.

Do you offer international deliveries?
Yes, we do. However, at this time we deliver products to Kampala and Dar es salaam in Uganda and Tanzania respectively.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, and M-Pesa.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.
